• Email adress: This is collected upon registration in order to allow you to register to this forum and create your username. A confirmation and activation email is sent to the given adress. You may yourself chose to get emails to subscribed threads. You can chose to hide it in your user panel.
  
• IP-adress: This is collected upon registration and website access and is used for administration and moderation purposes only. Administrators CAN view what IP-adress your account registered with as well as what IP-adress you logged in from last. The IP-adress may be used only for website and forum administration/moderation and security (example: banning an IP-adress or cross-checking IPs in suspicion of foul play). Should ANY type of user of this forum or website give you another user's IP-adress it is a direct violation of user agreements and laws and you should immediately report.
  
• Non-mandatory data: This is data you add to your account biography or to this site yourself that this site does not handle or use in any other way than possibly when in need of moderation. It falls under your responsibility to not share sensitive information. Examples are: location, sex, gender, images, personal information, etc.

Your data is safely stored in a SQL database on a server run by our host. Protected by both encryption and sturdy safety measures not controlled by us.

This website and forum is run on a free software called MyBB. This website's only responsibility when it comes to a safe software is to keep the software itself updated. We can not do more than that as we're not part of the development team of MyBB.
