Kitchen Monthly Supply List - Michelle - 10-04-2014
The handwriting on this list is Koi's--careful, large letters and spidery thin strokes. There are Mesalia universe measurements and quantities beside each item, but for OOC convenience I've converted them into the approximate amount of IG items expected. See me for any additional questions.
EDIT: The list has been updated to include information on what IG item should represent what, for the staff's sanity and my own. I'm aware that the potion assignments makes no sense.

A D24 will be rolled 9 times (no duplicates, roll again) to decide which of the items will come in that month.
A GM will spawn and name the items accordingly. Bother them for it.

Each irl week 8-10 items come in from this master list. Spices are more common then produce, but how to determine what is given is at the discretion of the staff member providing the items that week. If a week is forgotten outright by all parties then that shipment simply didn't arrive. These things happen. Poking of staff for items is encuraged.
The reason we don't give the whole list is to account for the inconsistent nature of trade in the setting. Ships don't always have or carry the same goods. Sometimes there's just a shortage of this or that due to anything from poor trade deals to failed crops.
As for the booze, Alroc's supplier is indeed the Stowaway Brewery (Ezri brought them here, afterall.) Who can manage consistency since they handle both the supply and delivery of the products. These also aren't nessacry each week but should be provided upon request.
