I'm currently attempting to fix the long-standing issues with the server plugins in 1.9. Excuse any downtime.
Meanwhile, take a look at donating! Donations help us stay as we are and get help when needed. Currently, we're running thin on funds to keep the server going.

Yes, there's work still being done with the server. Currently, Global is the only working chat and will have to do.
Permissions are also compromised.
