Hello Tigady, Zark's asked me to have a final look over your app.
You've corrected the issues I mentioned before with your smith skill and forging, thank you. But I do still have some niggles.
- His smithing skill, I highly recommend lowering this to competent. Given your description of the things he knows how to make and the focus of his work, it seems the lower rank is more fitting. Though he uses a few advanced methods his lack of experience making things other then primarily swords and a few tools removes the ability of him to be above competent at this skill.
- Your carpentry skill is unnecessary given it can easily be rolled into Smithing; Smithing is one of those broad skill sets that covers a lot of things. it has to be assumed smiths competent or better can make weapons out of anything from wood to steel. So the reason you have it listed is rather redundant. (The rest of it is just time period common sense stuff so no worries on that.)
- Could you unify a single ranking system for your skills? You don't provide a key and while it seems basic is above novice it appears your using it interchangeably with apprentice which is confusing as balls.
