[Trashed] Application to be white-listed on this server - ConnorD37 - 10-10-2013
Hello my IGN is ConnorD37.
I want to join this server because i have been looking for a Good role-play server for quite a long time and this seems very nice to play on with friends and other players i have never met.
The only other RP server i have played on is Dungeon Realms and i had a good time with that now it is time to move on because some stuff happened on that server.
Somethings about me are I am a friendly person but if you start a fight I will end it and I am generous to other players like lets say a newbie comes to my house i would be all like hey do you want to come i will hook you up with some stuff and you will be good to be back on your way. Also i am nice to staff only time i am not is if they are the mean ones.
Here is my character Bio. I am a hired killer or assassin and i am a thief (I prefer assassin) named Jon Storm. If you need someone dead or you want me to steal you some goods i can get it done. I will need to see my payment before i kill the player. I was trained by one of the best swords man that has ever lived.
Some of my characters skills are pick-pocketing, killing, stalking, stealing, and of course assassinating.
My character brought his trusty dagger and his favorite hood and the picture of his brother Ned Storm.
That is my application to be white-listed.
RE: Application to be white-listed on this server - Hutchy - 13-10-2013
Hello there, Connor. I'm Hutchy and I'll be helping you to get whitelisted. We've a lot to do, so get ready.
- First, your character's biography gives very little development or relation to the lore.
The biography of the character details their history and how they developed through their years, as well as information such as their name, age when entering the setting and so on.
- Second, we have some restrictions concerning certain kinds of character when it comes to new players, two of which you have shown a particular interest in. In this setting, thief and assassin characters are very difficult to play and we like to see that you have some experience in your role play in our setting before we consider.
Because of this, please choose another profession for your first character. A list of character professions that the setting is lacking can be found here; this can give you a few ideas of what the setting needs if you cannot decide.
- Next, your characters skills are very, very restricted. It is not an understatement to say that a character with such a limited skill set will not thrive in this setting and will likely become boring to play very quickly. Please consult this guide to get a better understanding of skills that can be useful to your character.
- Lastly, it seems that you have misunderstood the application process. There's no worries, but I would recommend you study other recent applications [Maybe link an example] to get a feel of what we look for, and take a look at the whitelist template and application format.
Additionally, when you are done with your edits, please thoroughly proof-read your application.
That's all for now. Please bump this thread when you have made these changes and we can continue.
