Town Meeting Summary - Zarkaylia - 19-11-2015

Town Meeting Summary
Following the dragon’s attack on Nightveil a procedure was established which is to be followed from here on if there’s any future attacks. The procedure is as follows:
- No engaging the dragon. We’re not equipped or protected enough to withstand it well.
- The bell is to be rung to sound the alarm. By whoever is able to, it is a first priority. Once this is done the next steps are considered.
- Civilians are to immediately head into the tunnels beneath town and the shelter there and are to remain there till the danger has passed.
- The guard should first and foremost make sure everyone’s taken to safety in the tunnels.
- The guard should lastly head for safety in the tunnels as well.
- Above procedure should be followed till otherwise stated.
- Food is to be rationed till further notice. Tavern personnel Nerissa, Daryel and Roy are responsible for this arranged.
- The farmlands are to be cleaned up. Whatever help one can give in this is appreciated.
- All miners should be aware of increased workload. What you produce is now highly wanted for the smithy and the trade.
- All hunters be warned and do practise caution. The dragon is out there somewhere. Furthermore you’re all much needed at this time and we will need a lot of game brought in.
- Hara is tasked with building reservoirs as well as at least one new bell tower. If Zarkaylia can arrange plans Hara is also tasked with building ballistas for our defence. Hara also have a lot of repairs to tend to and all help one can give her is much appreciated.
- Raphael is to look into a fire solution.
- Raphael as well as others have volunteered to study the dragon. A scouting party will be ordered to head out in due time. No one’s yet to attempt this.
- Adreanna have been tasked with making sure the shelter in the tunnels are turned into a more permanent one for eventual future use.
- Zaira have been tasked with constructing a bell for the new bell tower.
