"long after the return of the Lucins": Considering Leo is just about 30, he would've been born approximately 15 years after The Purges, where Lucins came through and liberated the Middle Realm from the Xitians. I'd like you to put in the backstory how this particular band of Xitians managed to stay on top of things, and evaded having justice dealt out to them for so long, as the Purge was quite widespread.
Skills: As of now, your character has too many skills for his age. Also, please note that an expert skill takes roughly 15 years of study and 15 years of experience to develop, and only if the character's been devoting all his time in that particular field. I'd say taking a look at our skill guide, and perhaps ironing your skills out a bit. I would suggest taking down the expert skills down, and giving him maybe one advanced, and one competent, and knocking the husbandry out and bunging it together with farming. Oh and you can take Deception off the list; it's more of an RP skill, something that more depends on the player's RP to manifest.
Ending: And lastly, your backstory needs to end with your character making his way to the setting, namely the Forbidden Lands.
