As of now, July 6th 2014, Mesalia will take in use a new and updated Whitelist Application Format

1. The update have effect immediately. For new applications the old format is now invalid.
   
2. Applications posted before this update will be judged according to the old format they've used. Don't fret.
   
3. If you have any opinions on the new format or any suggestions we're happy to hear. PM a staff member in that case.
