Citizens of Nightveil & visiting peoples, please be advised that the clinic is now staffed and open to all and services are free of charge. You are all encouraged to come in for routine check ups to update medical records. The clinic also provide medicines for common ailments, information on health and wellbeing, and lessons on providing healthcare to all who need them.
The clinic is able to provide information on nutrition, athletics related injury and precautions, common ailments, herb identification, basic trauma care, prenatal and postnatal issues, sanitation, practices for everyday wellness, preventive checks for various diseases such as infections, reproductive wellness check ins, and more. If you can't make it to the clinic but would like to be provided with information, please send for me and I will come to you.
Physicals are recomended for all people engaged in particularly active or strenous lifestyles (and will be FTB'ed, so don't worry about RP'ing the weird parts). Guards, laborers, and athletes should all recieve physicals once a year. It is important to keep good records of your overall condition, a doctor is better when informed. These physicals can also help uncover issues you may as of yet be unaware of.
Sexual health is important not just for those expecting children. If you should need contraceptives they will be provided to you. If you are expecting, or trying to concieve, prenatal care is important to the health of both the mother and the child and propper nutrition can be the key to reducing the mortality rate. With the help of what experienced mothers may exist in Nightveil, the clinic hopes to provide the best possible chances for healthy childbirth should the need arise.
Winter is flu season, so please sanitize all of your regularly used surfaces and items regularly even if you are not sick. If you know someone is sick please avoid close physical contact as much as possible. If you suspect you have the flu, please visit the clinic immediately as this can be life threatening in severe and untreated cases.
