Dear Zarkaylia,
I apologise for entering your office without permission, only if I had been able to ask you, I may as well have discussed with you what this note contains.
My apologies if I come across as blunt, believe me, that is not my intent. I would like to request that I may be able to move into one of the vacant houses, I fear I would be imposing if I stayed where I currently room indefinitely. I would like to discuss this at your convenience.
