Sorry if the eye colour is wrong--you didn't include one, so I went with black.
I don't have time to fiddle around with it, so if you don't like anything, feel free to make edits yourself.
Or just try making your own. I mostly used Skincraft to make it. But there's also sites like Miners Need Cool Shoes and free software like MCSkin 3D. There's also some free image editing software like GIMP or Paint.net.
