Hello orcslaya or Dakota, if you so prefer, I'm Leaf, one of the whitelisters on the server. Now, it seems like you've misunderstood the idea of our server, so allow me to explain it briefly.
Our server, is an RP server, and a heavy one at that. We don't necessarily play minecraft, but use it as a medium to roleplay on. So certain things minecraft aren't really a thing on the server due to the realism of things.
With that in mind, please note that the format we give for newcomers is for your character, as in your character that you can roleplay with, not your IRL self. The only bit that you need to fill up with information about your person is under the 'About you' section, the rest needs to be details about your character, or your avatar, if you like.

This is a most recently accepted application. Please take a look, and perhaps the rest of the whitelist format thread here, and rework your whitelist application for the server accordingly.
Oh and by the way, you placed this application in the wrong place, so I just moved it to applications. Just a heads up.
