Alright, edited:
1) I added a whole section on the Lore of Saleph and the surrounding region. I hope this is up to your standards.
2)I fleshed out his thieving abilities, while keeping the level at "Competent".
3)Because the skill level is the same, I did not change his levels in any other skills.
