The OOC date for the party will be decided based on availability. I can do any date from June 16-30. The days we're looking at are probably weekends, though: June 21-22 and June 28-29. Please post your preferred weekend, especially if your character has made specific plans with Chathra, i.e. playing music, cooking, guarding, or simply promised her a dance.
As for IC time... as Koi's "A stroke before noon until after sunset!" thing suggests, the RP would be set within a time frame of 11am-8pm in a single day (though depending on people's OOC availability, the OOC date may span over two days). It's an outdoor Spring party, so of course daylight is more desirable.
