Anatomical blacksmithery? I don't think that's a term I used at all...? xD
But yeah, it was more of a sort of sarcastic remark I guess. A joke more so. If he absolutely needs to he knows where to stick the pointy end of the blade or aim a crossbow at. Just to clarify that he isn't totally inept in combat, but isn't trained or skilled in it either.
As for the second point, I wasn't aware of that. It'd be the Xitian portal, then. Not sure if Lucin's guard the Lucin portal anyway, I'd assume they do. As for the next issue that's sure to arise with this knowledge...
The siege on the city was the result of tensions snapping and people just being like "Screw it lets do it, they look wealthy". That wasn't explained, but now I feel like it might need to be at least a little. Lucin's wouldn't come to their defense because they're there doing their own thing and it would have been a rather quick event, relatively. Lucin's might have been there to help refugee's, but that's the extent I'd assume. They were up until then weary of making any violent attempts towards the city, but after seeing a bunch of small scale attacks on those walls, some other larger heads decided they could take them since no one seemed to take notice of the attacks apart from the citizens and such.
Hope that clears that up.
