“Full sail!” The captain called across the deck, her crew jumping into action at the almost giddy order. She stepped up to the poop deck and shoves her husband out of her way as she grabs the wheel of her beloved ship and points her west.
On their way back to Ravenna at last. Their sweet beautiful children waiting for their return after so long.
Their escape from the mercenary ship that had been pursuing them took them to Pervensia, where Rook had his back problems ‘treated’ and Ezri found out why and who was so determined to put them in chains. Before they could act on the information though, Rook had to recover from his surgery. While the mercenaries wouldn’t hunt them in The Family’s territory, the Family was in the middle of civil conflicts right in the heart of the city. So the months they were stuck there weren’t exactly comfortable.
Once able to travel again, they gathered a few hands from some friendly spots around the mainlands and sought to put an end to the man who’d hired the ships and set the bounty. Revenge isn't a profitable ambition, and once the man who was throwing his inheritance out over the Connors was dead, his brother didn't see the profit in continuing the endeavor. He gave his oath the matter would not escalate further. Ezri and Rook were willing to take his word on it. To be certain they lingered, and when no ships hunted them, and their wanted posters started to vanish it seemed their struggles were coming to an end. Finally at peace, they had to make good on the arrangements with those that agreed to join their crew, which for most was ferrying them around the mainlands and to the forbidden lands. Two stayed on board and joined Rook and Ezri on their trip home, knowing the couple intended to set sail again with their children this time.
TLDR;
Ezri and Rook will be briefly returning to the setting on Oct 10th (1 PM [-4 GMT] or whenever folks show up)
It’s my birthday so I hope to see lots of peoples!
The snow will be docked in the port and they will be in town for the next few days to follow. There will be NPC’s on it because they've a crew now, treat them no differently than the ones on the merchant ship.
