Bishop Morgan Connors
#1
Name: Bishop Morgan Connors
Age: 8
Gender: Male
Birthday: 1st
Race: Mesalian
Appearance:
Bishop is tall for his age, tan skinned, with his mother’s wild platinum blonde hair, and his fathers brilliant hazel eyes. He wears a pale green shirt with black slacks and a purple vest, he also has an adjustable sash akin to the one his father wears.

Skills:
Literacy / Numeracy

Farming (Novice)
Taught by Rook, not terribly interesting, nor does he like it much, but it passes the time. Though growing melon is worth the reward.

Pick Pocketing (Novice)
He’s always been exploring peoples pockets. Since he was a toddler, the secrets people carried around with them fascinated him. Though not everyone wanted to share, so he started getting a little sly with his pocket exploration.

Riding (Novice)
He has been riding Cow since he’s been big enough to climb onto him. He does it nearly every day and continues to frustrate his parents with it. Inspite of how much riding he does, and that he’s rather reliable at it, he only knows how to ride cattle.

Swordsmenship (Novice)
His mother has started teaching him how to use a sword, his understanding is still pretty basic but he does put the energy into practicing as he thinks it’s an important part of being a big brother.

Backstory:

Born in an outpost outside an endless desert, Bishop was a happy baby from birth. Either through his fathers patience or his mothers zest for life, he grew quickly, despite being born during a great migration of the former town of Auria. It wasn’t until his family arrived in the town of Ravenna, did Bishops home life begin. Before even arriving, Bishop had learned to run before he walked, and being in the city was an endless adventure for him. His young years were filled with running between his father's brewery, and the docks where his mother fished. His parents quickly abandoned all hope of trying to keep the child tied down.

Growing up, one of Bishops greatest friends was his pet bull, which he named Cow when he was only three years old. Each day, he would run out to the stables outside of town, to feed and care for Cow, things he was taught to do by his father. Cow has slowly become Bishops most trusted friend, and Cow himself has grown into a monster of a bull, either through overfeeding, or over exercising. In the last year, Bishop and Cow have been heading out early in the afternoon, and staying out until sunset, much to his parents disdain.

It wasn’t long before the single child of the family was dethroned by his new baby sister Lapis. With her arrival, his father’s attention was nearly unfaltering from her, and his mother wasn’t far behind. But Bishop didn’t feel hurt or put off by this, he saw it as a chance to explore with Cow more, going off on a nearly daily basis and exploring. When he wasn’t off in a forest somewhere, he would play with his sister. Bishop was happy to find that his sister was up to play any games with him, from hide and seek, to climbing trees and rocks, and playing in the aqueducts behind their home. Bishops father would tell him endlessly how it was an older brothers job to protect his sister, and Bishop took that to heart.

With his birthday around the corner, Bishop seems to be in a rush to grow up. He wants to make his mother proud, and works hard to practice sword fighting, and he wants to maintain his father's approval and protect his sister. To this end, Bishop takes his responsibilities, (the ones he sets for himself, not the chores he is told to do) very seriously.

Bishop has found that while farming passes the time, it’s not exciting enough, and brewing involves lots of bad smells and bad tasting things. He once spent a week trying to figure out what his mother does, but decides that cleaning the Inn isn’t fun either. He is still looking for something to pass his time. Until then, he will continue on, as he has, a young, happy child.

Alright Ryu. I took a look at this and it checks out nice and dandy.

There is one thing though, on the pick pocketing skill that we talked about. And that is, just be sure, if Bishop does decide to do some more pocket exploration, that you inform the person ahead of time that Bishop is only a novice, and you rp it as such. Be sure to watch the development too. So we're gonna ask you to keep it slow with that and make sure your character is not taking stuff without messing up and such. Other than that, it's all good. Approved.

Edit: Would you like me to move to Char sheets?

Sure thing man. Thanks ^_^

And I don't think he will be doing much pick pocketing in the coming years. But if that changes, trust me to do his lack of skill justice.
