Seeing as RP in Minecraft can be aided by renamed items and the like, it would be great if we could all do it, rather then bother staff with it. I'm sure there are a handful of plugins that do it. Here's the first one I found

On that note, I think it would be very helpful to remove the part of the mesalia mod that keeps inventory, and just set the gamerule thats built into MC. This removes the bugs that sometimes happen when people DC while at the death screen.

As for first mentioned I can imagine trying that out if the plugins work, sure thing.

As for second, ohgodno... It's there solely because we'd otherwise get tonnes of tonnes of "Wuuaahhh, I lost my stuff, wuaahhhhhh, staff please replace!"

And yes, we get more of those without the invent-keeping that with.

Also had an idea for a plugin, that makes it so you can put tinyurl links on signs, that leads to images. So rather then relying on MC, a ooc sign could link to a realistic picture of what it's supposed to be. Like Rooks shitty fence, or the sharpening wheel at the forge, maybe if people have paintings.
