I'll be trying to update our rule page from the old ones and the old format to the new ones and a new format. There will be some oddities with this page in the meanwhile. We will create a google doc with the updated rules and refer everyone to that for the time being until the page is back in use.

See, this page update is going to take A LOT of work and it's going to take a while to get it right. Especially since its original creator, Screem, can't be contacted and I need to go through a bit of code. I'm the one doing it and I got both work and studies to do as well. So I apologize for the slow progress and transfer.
