As an exception to the character limit and general limitation of NPCs to only children under 6 months old, staff have decided to allow the crew of Ezri and Rook’s ship to be NPC’d by Luckyleaf (Youngjngyng). This temporary exception to the rules is due to the brief nature of Connors’ return, the fact that these NPCs will not be re-occurring for any reason, and that this is not an attempt to make them permanent or primary characters by the player. Given that the characters in question (Maltim and Maltin Stonefire) are both nephews (it’s a big ass family) of Young’s primary character and are natives of his lore proposal, it makes the most sense that he handles the NPCing of the crew if and when necessary. This is a temporary exception and the following must be adhered to:

• Maltin and Maltim cannot leave the docks, just like the regular sailors.
  
• One of the twins must stay with the ship at all times.
  
• The NPCs will leave with the Connors regardless of circumstance and their RP will reflect the temporary nature of their presence.
  
• The rules must fully be observed with these NPCs just as they must be with a regular character.
  
• If at any point it becomes apparent these characters are being portrayed incorrectly or being abused, staff reserves the right to remove the NPC privileges at any point.
