I have updated the personality into prose form. I believe it covers what I had placed earlier as her personality, along with a bit more information.
The 'mild compulsion' is a mild form of OCD. It is not always logical in how it develops, nor is it always logical in its symptoms, causes or reactions. Her version is not strong enough to take over most of her life, though she can have episodes that are stronger, based on how stressed the event makes her.
Due to it being a mild form, as well as starting from early childhood, and the illogical-ness of its causes, the habits developed slowly and were largely unnoticed as just odd daily activities.
I hope this helps explain what I was trying to portray in her personality; not as a full-fledged OCD based on phobias of dirt, danger, or strangers, but something more manageable and possibly more interesting roleplay-wise in a social setting.
