Good thing the majority of reserve hunting happened in late fall. According to your math, we need 1277.5 pounds of meat to last us through a season. Now, to get there we require fourteen pounds of food brought in each day for one season, or 10.5 pounds brought in each day for one year. Until mid winter we had three hunters, and they had been preparing for winter roughly a year before it came. That means 3.5 pounds of food from each hunter each day of preperation.

By your standards, that is 1 - 3 small game kills each day..

So the citizens of Ravenna should have plenty of meat.

I'd like to add, that with only two hunters, that's only 5.25 pounds needed a day.
