1. Good, but now you have one advanced and three competents (according to the skill guide), which is considered too much for a twenty-nine year old. Your character’s language abilities are being counted because he wasn’t raised bilingual, or was taught Lucin from a young age. Thus, the act of learning the language is conscious and actually takes effort to pick up. Please revise.
2. Furthermore, competent tactics isn’t sufficiently justified by your character's backstory. Remember that competent means that the character could do the skill for a living; defending a town during a siege for months wouldn’t involve that many tactics, defensive or otherwise. Please revise; I recommend moving the skill down to novice level.
