Starting that with such heavy sarcasm may not have been the most professional way to deal with this debate, but I won't say much more on the matter. You seem to be under the impression that people want characters to be retconned, no, that would be very unfair. This isn't a demand for retroactive action, nor is it a call for the removal of characters with this in their backstories. Honestly, I just don't have the drive to argue anymore, I'm clearly in the minority and clearly this cannot be reconciled. I think that the current stance of the server is wrong, most people apparently don't. The problem for me personally was not whether rape was actually typed out or not, I felt that it had no place on the server period. It's a shame it all had to happen this way I suppose. I resent the implication that I am childish, but I can't bring myself to fight anymore, maybe other people will continue the discussion...I just can't. I'll find a way to justify the removal of Mercedes, and quietly slip away.
