On the side of:

Zark, Pink, Spit, Night and whoever else says to keep it. Rape happens in Mesa.

Not going to bother repeating arguments. And it HAS HAPPENED in RP PAST. To past characters BEFORE this was set up. It happens In back-stories. One of my characters, Calina, had an extreme fear of rape and it acted on how I RP. Another player's character from the past had to deal with his character being assaulted. And BOTH ENDS were able to RP it appropriately and responsibly. When rape is applied in RP, think of the 'fade to black' for regular In Character romance.
