My explosives lore explains it. It's in the middle of being revised so yeah.

The way I write the lore, well, guns just wouldn't work.
I'm sure Explosives could lead into firearms in a long distant Mesalian future that this server will never see the day of, but that's not going to be ANYTHING related to what happens ICly on the server, nor in lore. So no guns.
