I'd like to propose that even though I may not be ready for a second character, that this, addmittedly quite old, application be graded. If it eventually gets passed it could be withheld until staff thinks I'm ready for it.
If not, It's probably long past time for this to be trashed. Staff can decide whichever they want to do.
