I can understand your frustration, and what kind of RP server would we be if we dissuaded creativity?
However, when it comes to a character application, the required information, the lore, character realism and development, etc., must all be clearly presented and be able to be quickly gleaned from the text provided.
Case in point, there must be clear reference to lore events without having to ponder the subtle meanings of sections of texts which, in some cases, is not going to happen as some people may lack the time, patience or even the attention span to do so, no offence to anyone. Of course, you'll understand, we must treat all applications with the same levels scrutiny and apply the same rules and requirements to all.
That in mind, I recommend that you read some of the accepted character sheets here and look at how their backstories read and how they incorporate clear and concise relation to the lore and development, as is required and encouraged.
They're obvious and leave little to the imagination, yes, and to some that is irksome, but it is necessary that we see that the character is realistic, fits into the setting and that you yourself understand the character's development and personality.
As for your skills, they're perfect in this format.
This in mind, I encourage you to follow these points, but this time, rather than explain what these 'hidden nuggets' mean, write them into plain sight as others have done in the sheets of the forum linked above. This time, however, please edit your original post rather than posting again; the link for this can be found in the bottom right of the post, again highlighting the changes in another colour.
