Alright I changed surgery/healing to competent. The way scarlet fever was supposed to be cured was with ground up garlic. Lord Aurius was supposed to consume the garlic regularly for the next month or so. I chose garlic because in the herbalism page it said it was an antibiotic. Instead Damian gives him ground up castor bean, but he did it because he intended to kill him.
