If we're talking stupidly large builds, I was a builder on anotehr server I was a part of. just over a year ago, the ambitious 'librarian' *Cough*Moderator*Cough* of another forum, proposed the idea of an new RP minecraft server based on the world of Warhammer Fantast Battles, which came to be known as 'Hammercraft'. For this, myself and a few others were asked to build on server and in single player worlds for the use of mods that, at the time, the server software disagreed with. As one of the single player builders, I built a great deal of the Human Empire city, 'Borenstag' and the Dwarf fortress of 'Karak Durin'.
Obviously, these aren't solely made by me, but notable elements and larger scale parts, such as the Emperor's Gate, walls and slums of Borenstag, including my own, late-flagship, The Verge and the 'Nori's head' and entrance hall of Karak Durin.
These are displayed in the following videos.

All veiwed in the lovingly textured work of another friend of mine, in charge of aesthetics and landscaping. Lass had an eye for the natures.
Unfortunately, following a string of computer hiccups for myself and the server's owner, the files were lost and the single player world I made such master works on were lost. Needless to say, I wasn't amused with losing a few months of on-off work.
