The farm produced a little bit of potatoes and carrots, not enough for a steady supply by any mean.
The wheat is in a larger supply, producing enough flour to make plenty of bread, however the other supplies would be more restricting such as yeast etc. It would probably start running out by the end of winter, although if used sparingly, should last.

So does Spy put flour and whatnot in the inn, or does he simply stick wheat in there?
Also, there are pumpkins and mushrooms in these chests... where did they come from, if Spy's not growing them?
And there's reeds in here. Are they supposed to be sugar cane? Or are they supposed to be sugar?
And finally, mysterious eggs. I don't know anyone who tends chickens, but there's some random eggs in one of the chests. Where are they from?

No idea on the eggs, but the reeds are sugar cane, Spy has never made it into normal sugar that we use. There is some flour at the inn, although the majority of it is at the mill still, since moving large quantity without spilling some can be hard.
Liz put a lot of the meat and eggs in. The meat would be mostly small game, rabbits, birds, squirrels, etc. Occasionally you'll find something a little more big / bizarre, such as boar, venison, and wolf. She doesn't hunt the wolf, but if one attacks her and she shoots it... Hey, who is going to turn up a nose on decent meat? That's right, only half the town. The other half would LOVE IT.
The eggs would be various wild eggs, pillaged from low hanging nests when found. They may very well be useless if not used soon. Now I know a lot of people might be wondering if they are actually fertile... And no, no not every egg you find in a nest is fertile, and if they were they'd have died and turned gross or hatched by now.
