So, I was informed earlier today that our current IP, O2 is switching their customers over to Sky, and my Mother in a fit of her typical herpyderpyness declined to keep with the service Sky was going to provide, because she'd heard of terrible things about Sky's service (One friend who I know for a fact can't tell an On switch from a Nuclear Launch button.) Not to say that I trust in Sky's service, the price of our internet connection would have tripled, and I have no idea what sort of speed increase/decrease we would have gotten, if any.

Oh and my Mother found this out 4 months ago, our Internet connection will be cancelled at the end of the month. I'm also the only one who uses the damn thing, except her occasional forays into the hellish nightmare of Facebook.

I'm currently looking into other offers with better IP's, and will hopefully have something done by Sunday. However I don't know how long it will take for whichever service we decide to go with to get their act in gear. It took O2 two weeks to set our original set up..up.

So this long winded post is basically here to say, I may not be here by the end of the coming week.

Arua will be doing Arua things as usual, treating patients, cleaning, getting new herbs, working with Lapis. Unless staff object, I would say that if someone gets hurt, Arua would treat them and so on. This isn't a get out of jail scot free card of course, you'll still have the same length of time being stuck in the healing house, or at least having to heal, and if you're going to die, well..you're going to die >_>

I can do RP to catch up with injuries when I return.

Good News No one!

So, we've put in an Order with a new IP.

We now need to find out our MAC code to give to the IP to change our connection.

Bad News Everyone

Currently according to the IP, the date at which we'll get access is the 17th of September. This may change since according to the site they can't actually give us a date as to which we will get broadband until they get our MAC code...but since we got given a date..I don't know, okay? :I

So I might be gone a while. On the other hand, our Connection to our original IP may not end instantly either, we're not sure.

I may or may not be here for the rest of this week, and I could be gone for quite some time.
