• It takes several months by boat to reach the Forbidden Lands from the Mainland. A good way to flesh out that part of the story would be to describe how she and her family faired finding a boat, then the following trip.
  Additionally, some description of the reaction to her descision to leave would help this.

• On the skills, some are not necessary. Namely performance, horse riding and juggling. Performance is just agiven with her skills of lute playing and singing. Horse Riding isn't necessary unless the character has some unusual technique for doing it or doing something technical from the saddle. Finally, juggling is a skill, no doubt, but not one that needs to be listed in this manner.
  Last point here is outdoor survival. It hasn't been mentioned or justified in the backstory, which is necessary to help judge if it's realistic or not.

I added a bit about camping out while travelling as a family and put more stuff about the move and I cleaned up the skills. I dont get why juggling isn't supposed to be listed though because there's a lot of stuff you ccan do with juggling but I got rid of it anyway. So I'm done again.

On juggling, what I tried, and failed, to say was that it isn't a skill that needs to be listed.
If it's something like knife juggling you had in mind, then let me know.
