Derp rules page

It absolutely does not. I spent several hours getting it to work right and by the name of sanity it works.

On what pages does it do this? If it's the sever rules page then it does work, the content slides first then the container slides after it. The other pages should adjust normally as well. I tested this on my laptop and iPhone and it works perfectly on both.

What browser are you running? It should work on all of them but I only tested on the latest Google Chrome for iOS and desktop and Safari on iOS.
Disclaimer: I will not and will never support IE versions older than 9. Doing so is more work than necessary and not supporting such old browsers will force people to upgrade. If your computer cannot handle newer versions of IE, you need to realize the year is 2013.

You've done an amazing job Screem and we all know it and are really grateful for it. It's not a big issue, don't worry about it, to not mention it might just be my resolution anyways.

And as you see it's not like it's missing half the text anyways http://i.imgur.com/IkEDIhv.jpg.

And by gods no I am not using IE! I've been using Chrome for years now and been studying enough web design to know better than to ask such a silly thing as to bother with adjusting to IE.

Just thought I'd say, I get the same issue in my Chrome and Firefox.

And none of us would ever question the amount of work the both of you do.

OH THE CLIPPING IS FROM THE SIDE NOT THE BOTTOM.

Never noticed it, but I get this issue too (on my iPhone, at least).
Really easy fix, just need to adjust the width of each rules section. I'll do this when I get home from school.

EDIT: Fixed.
