Only have perms for Lore forum. Whether this is intention or not, I am unaware, but it's not terribly expedient when it comes to moving things in and out of the Lore forum.

So far (under lore proposals, did not check elsewhere) I had choices to split topic, and move posts, but not move threads. Unsure if this is intentional, or.. stuff. I was going to start trying to move proposals that were accepted, into the official lore subforum.
