A few kinks still need worked out, as we think of them we might as well get them dealt with so we can get the forums moving as smoothly as possible.
GM -
cannot move threads from Applications to Approved Applications or Character Sheets
Whitelisters -
cannot move threads from applications to Approved Applications or Trashcan>Denied Applications
Lorekeepers -
cannot unlock lore Forum, Cannot post threads there in, Cannot move threads form Lore proposals to Official lore

Whitelisters and GMs probably should also be able to move threads from character sheets to the app section, just in case.

Still can't move things to trashed and the archive. I can now move things to approved, however.
