A lot of general formatting.

Added to/changed the history a little.
Most of the changes happened in paragraphs 4 and 6

Added paragraph form.

Performed a more thorough spell check.

Inserted a note concerning his skills and personality that will hopefully, along with the added information, satisfy the personality requirement.
