Thank you for your feedback! I have taken everything you have said into account and have edited my application accordingly. Here is a summary of what I have changed:
Skin - As I had stated, I am currently working towards making it have a lot more quality and look a lot more human-like. This includes the skin's skin color.
WoW Character - I have changed my character's name to Lucas. I never took anything from Rexxar's personality; I was solely inspired by the fact he is a hunter of sorts.
Story Beginnings - I have gone into much more depth about the beginning of Rexxan's(now Lucas's) life. There are no specific events to be stated, but it explains what happened in Lucas's childhood and how his personality progressed.
The Ending - The story now ends specifically on going to Alroc via boat.
Skills - I have rewritten the capabilities section to follow more closely to what is stated in the skill's guide.
Starting Items - I have reduced my starting items as requested.
