I've read into the app and it seems fine to me. You've hit what we usually look for in an application, lore relation, skill explanation, upbringing, etc. So I'm going to approve this application.
The only comments I have is to maybe considering adding some minor "soft skills" to his skill list that compliment his major ones.
For example, he's competent in business tactics. So knowing some basic mathematics would come with that.
Anywho. I'm going to approve this and whitelist you. Welcome aboard!
