Round 3. I feel like I should try to explain a few things a little better
Skills: These need some work. Don't feel too bad about it because skills tend to get everyone who first applies until they learn just how everything works.
First I need to address two advanced skills.
The minimum time for one advanced skill is ten years of completely devoted study. Meaning not working on anything else but that one skills. If the character begins learning at six years of age, then there is a window of 16 years for all of his skills. Two advanced already goes to 20 years, so that can't fit too well. By your description of the skills, I would say they are at best competent.
Melee and ranged combat are separate skills as they require separate training. By your description, I would say that you should have one combat skill at competent.
Your description hints at something closer to novice with fishing. As apprentice describes skills that can be done as a job, but not as the most efficient rate.
I'm thinking you may have to give up a skill or two. Most likely the melee combat as that relates least to the rest of the skills. That and possibly fishing. Along with this, some revisions to the skills.
For example, in your description of survival, you say Lucas can survive in the toughest environments. Yet your backstory states he lived and survived in one type of area for most of this life. Advanced would imply he's been everywhere from deserts, to jungles, to the coldest regions in the Mainland and knows how to live in them all due to years of experience. I would bring it down to competent.
Overall, something that would better help monitor the skills would be to put exact ages in the backstory. For example, when did he leave to the Mainlands before?
And while I understand that Lucas suffers a bit socially, I can't validate that as a reason for his job skills are so high for such a young age.
Please revise.

Quote:Hunting, Advanced - Hunting was and has been the center of Lucas's life. He has spent countless days stalking the unknown wilds for beasts to add to his food stock. Lucas has also had many devoted studies on how animals react to his actions in order to make sure he doesn't over-hunt a herd of animals. He has started his practice in hunting at 6 years old, as his father would begin to bring Lucas on hunting missions.
Survival, Advanced - Lucas has spent his entire life finding out the ways of pain, hunger, and overall health. He is able to take risks and successfully bring himself to live another day in the most toughest of situations.

Quote:Melee and Ranged combat, Competent - As Lucas learned the arts of survival and hunting, his father also decided to take his knowledge from being in The Aegis and give it to Lucas. Lucas has learned how to make moves and counter moves when in combat, and can certainly put up some sort of a fight. While he probably wouldn't do so well against a more devoted soldier, Lucas still knows a thing or two and will take advantage of that.
Melee and ranged combat are separate skills as they require separate training. By your description, I would say that you should have one combat skill at competent.
Quote:Fishing, Apprentice - Lucas has spent some time on the art of basic fishing as well. He is able to find a river or lake and manage to snag at least one or two fish after some time. While he probably couldn't rely on fishing to keep him well fed or use it as a job, it is still an option for Lucas.
