Sailor Moon - Needs no explanation. I wanted to be like her when I was a kid.
Soul Eater - Like some of the characters, humor... Bit of cool action and nice references.
Fate Stay Night - Nicely animated, interesting references.

I've tried others, but anime just isn't my thing. I have too high demands on them. Pokémon was just well... I don't even know why nowadays, probably because it was a cool idea at start. Digimon I never saw, was a plain out shameless copy of Pokémon to me. Someone tried to make me watch Naruto, I lost interest at once. I tried watching Code Geass, didn't catch my attention much either. Lastly I tried Death Note and just nah... It was fun for barely half the series, then I already knew the rest more or less without watching it and guessed the ending. I was correct.

Would I recommend any anime? I'd recommend Fate Stay Night because of the quality. Soul Eater because of the characters and sorta insightful messages throughout the series.

I have watched/read many animes/mangas in my time, but by FAR my favorite of BOTH is "The World God Only Knows". I'd recommend reading the manga first, then watching the anime sort of as a "reward" because it tends to skip over some important events in the story... like REALLY important events, but it is still very enjoyable.

It is about this boy, a professional Dating Sim gamer called "The Capturing God". He has defeated over a thousand conquests and more. He gets a message from this anonymous person, challenging him to another conquest. He accepts, only to find out he made a deal with the devil(not the kind of devils you would expect), and has to conquer REAL GIRLS.

It is a fantastic "romantic" comedy. Definitely worth the read. Oh! And trust me when I say... that choosing an OTP is going to be the hardest thing you will EVER have to do with this anime.
