Orosvor leans toward the tall side, at the height of 6'5. He shows his age easily on his face wrinkles beginning show, and green eyes only a tad dulled by time. If Orosvor cared one thing about his looks would be his brown hair, as he would make it his morning ritual shape it to his liking.
Personality
Orosvor while a kind man, is very cautious of new people. And often not, will approach a new face with distrust and unease. Out of habit from his time with animals he will also apply animal body language to people, as well as himself. Such examples being, when angered he will shift is center of gravity lower and bare his teeth. Though it doesn't make him barbaric, it simply helps him relate to people.
Beyond this, Orosvor is happy to offer help where needed and always seems to find content in the day to day routine be it may something as simple as his daily chores to prowling in a forest under the moonlight. For enjoyment he does prefer making small personally meaningful wood carvings.

Personal Thoughts
Its too much to for me to bear, Ive gone and lost it all again. What little livelihood I scrounged together after the mainland was taken away from my again by the rain itself.
Stunned I was seeing that flood coming. A tree cracked and smashed into part of my home, water poured in destroying everything except what I normally kept on me....
Crawling to the shore was easy, standing there at the bank side and realizing what had happened has harder. Then I was told we had a ship ready to leave it all behind so quickly...
Backstory
Orosvor, born after the Xitian & Lucin war never knew the torment of slavery under Xitian control, and growing up he was raised on the idea that they were naturally evil. Having parents who made it a personal vendetta to see any Xitians hanged when they could as they themselves were victims of the Xitian slavery. When Orosvor asked why, his parents would just give a solemn look and try to explain how they were simply bad folk.
Of course growing up, he learned the main history behind it and while he never doubted the punishment was deserved it did feel a bit harsh to watch Xitians hunted and killed.
Despite these blemishes Orosvor had a rather happy upbringing. Though the small village provided little friends, Orosvor took to keeping to
himself over always playing with the few other kids his age.
Orosvor approaching the age of twelve, took up his fathers trade in hunting, particularly big game. His father had a knack for managing to find any beast that threaten the village being it from wolves to bears, Orosvor was brought along and taught the ways of the hunt and how to utilize every part of the animal. "Leave none to waste boy." he would always say, words to live by in the village that always had to make ends meet.
With hunting becoming his new outlet he delved himself into the practice. Learning all his father could teach Orosvor found complacency in the daily routine and in the hunt. Diligence was something that took the young huntsman over. He had to be the best, for the village and more so his father.
The civil war struck sometime but it never seemed real to Orosvor. It didn't affect his small world at the most he would hear idle talk tween the villagers and the merchants to the young Huntsman it didn't exist. Simply put the village was far too small and too uninteresting for the clashing kings and armies to take notice, offering nothing of real value.
Under his fathers guide, Orosvor learned and trained throughout the years. Till he was able to strike out on his own hunts, soon enough earning his own keep in the village. But soon it was clear the small village had little use for two such hunters and Orosvor had to leave the comfort of his village at the age of seventeen.
He made a living traveling from town to town. He always thought of exploring the world and planned to make most of it now. Orosvor mad many mistakes as most do in their youth but he was a happy man content at least with his life. Making his way from inn to inn, performing an occasional hunt for someone. He did enjoy working for nobles to obtain some pelts, they always payed well and with meeting so many new people the Huntsman was certainly surprised to find the variety of folk as apart from normal small village folk.
But as the war drew on Orosvor was having more and more difficulty finding work, guardsmen would always harass the hunter for free pelts or work. When it came to that he always found it time to leave for another town. He saw much of the world but it was now one in chaos.
There's always a silver lining in all storms though and it came in the form of a particularly beautiful tavern wench named Anna. One whom caught the huntsmans' fancy.
It wasn't a graceful courting but the wench couldn't deny the persistence of the man. Orosvor would bring her anything he could from pelts of his quarry to the odd bauble he would purchase from the traveling merchant. And soon enough she fell for the huntsman. It would be the longest Orosvor would've stayed in one spot since leaving his hometown.
After few more and more time the village itself came to rely on Orosvor for pelts and other things. And after what seemed like a lifetime. Nearly eight years had passed and the huntsman found himself with a beloved wife and son whom was named George.
Just as his father taught Orosvor, he too started his son on the ways of the hunt. Much to dismay of his wife, whom thought their boy could do much better. Resulting in arguments tween the couple, the lad unable to voice his own opinion. After one particular heavy fight, Orosvor left the home furious. He had hunt to do anyhow and he couldn't stand to fight anymore.
The hunt lasted longer than usual, it was to be a simple. Pack of wolves harassing some of the farms, still furious a couple of days in, he had lost the trail many times. Eventually he found his quarry, while challenging they were quickly handled by Orosvor. Overall the hunt took two week longer than expected and Orosvor was ready to sleep for three days straight.
What he wasn't ready for was to find the home empty, the place sifted through messily. Orosvor first panicked, that bandits had been here, but as he searched for anything. He found nothing to indicate so, no signs of struggle or blood, nothing. Mind racing, he grew desperate in his search till his eye found a note on a pillow.
Carefully folded and laid, Orosvor read the paper. His heart dropping to his stomach at every word.
"Dearest,
I'm sorry it's come to this, but I know our son can do so much more than what you or I can provide. He deserves a better life, not one where both him and his mother waiting for you to return. Always wondering if you will.
I've taken him away, one of the many merchants who come through easily offered to take us in. Then again you would've never met, always out and busy as you are. He'll make a great man out of our boy, and we can both be proud."
He had to sit down as his legs had threaten to fail him. Wanting to just sit there and weep until his eyes dried up and refused to spill more sorrow. Orosvor tried everything in his power to find them after that night, he talked with the villagers. Asked for names, and when he thought he had a trail to them in the next town over he jumped at the chance and traveled on the fastest horse he could afford.
But once he got there, nothing once more. No one knew of whom he spoke of not even of the merchant. The huntsman tried another town after that, then the next town and the next town. For dragged out as a year of searching. A year of despair and pain from betrayal. And when the winter finally settle, Orosvor was too numb to keep going.
He couldn't bring himself to look anymore, couldn't stand the inevitable disappointment that the next town would bring. So he stopped looking entirely.
News traveled of how the civil war had ended and soon after the Dusk Portal reopening ,but the only thing Orosvor could think of was that his son would be turning eight soon. A son that now he painfully accepted he would never see again.
The world seemed to be at a strained peace now, or the Huntsman could no longer bring himself to care anymore, as he simply drifted now for a couple years. Never returning to the home that had too many memories. Orosvor found his way to a harbor, debating if the lands beyond or the Forbidden lands as others refer them to, would hold something for him.
Deciding anything would be better than staying, he got to the nearest ship for the Forbidden Lands. And soon the huntsman was sailing away from the mainland. Hoping perhaps to forget as he watched the land soon fall out of sight.
